Judith joined S&P Global in 2002 where she held Legal, Analytical, Risk and Compliance roles in S&P Global Ratings until 2020. In 2020, Judith was appointed to lead the Compliance function for S&P Global Inc. where she led the corporate compliance program with a focus on Ethics, Global Financial Crimes Compliance & Conflicts Controls for the enterprise. Judith is a lawyer and prior to joining S&P, Judith spent 10 years in private practice where she specialized in international aircraft finance.

Peter Funck joined the internal audit team of ABB, a global enterprise in automation technologies, in 1998. Peter served as Head of Group IT Audit until 2004 when he was recruited as Chief Audit Executive (CAE) of the Swedish Road Administration. He was promoted CFO of the authority in 2007. When the new Swedish Transport Administration (STA) was established in 2010, Peter decided to enter internal audit again as CAE. The STA is responsible for the planning, construction, operation and maintenance of the Swedish state roads and railways. In October 2020, Peter was offered the role as Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance of the STA, a challenge too tempting to reject. Marc Leipoldt has been the global Senior Risk Advisor for a software company, a CRO for a Bruneian Bank, the Head of Non-Financial Risk for a Saudi Arabian Bank and a strategic advisor to banks in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and South America.
Prior to setting up GRAS, he worked for ABN AMRO for eleven years in various capacities. He was responsible for Global Operational Risk Review, a new discipline to complement Credit Risk Review. Previously, he was responsible for the ABN AMRO Operational Risk Advisory team, covering 15 banks throughout Asia, the Middle East, Europe and South America with a team of 14 people. That work was founded in his earlier work on Compliance, ORM and AMA development within ABN AMRO Globally.
Before moving into risk management, Mr Leipoldt was project manager for ABN AMRO Bank, running complex international system and process introductions. He is actively involved in interbank discussions on Operational Risk, and has practical experience in teaching Operational Risk concepts and implementation issues across the many institutions and occasionally regulators. Mr Leipoldt has over 30 years of working experience, 20 of which were in Risk related roles. Before he joined ABN AMRO in Amsterdam in 1997, he was head consultant at Origin. He started his working life with twelve years in research and teaching posts at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam and Delft Technical University.
